An insight in to client’s organization, its operations, technical expertise – existing and required in near future and why a particular training is needed and what outcome of this training is expected will help us in designing a blended training proposition to save cost, time and efforts on either side. 

This could be a mix of pre-training learning to ascertain pre-requisites, partially on-demand self-paced short programs suggested by us than followed by the live webinar(s) for instructor -led learning designed for few days with limited hours per day. The duration of such trainings depends on number of factors related to target audience and the training objectives and expected outcome.

Besides skills enhancements if these trainings are crafted for some certifications through online exams this may further require more time and involvement of third part authorised for such a certification.
